When synchronizing to or from Field Mode, the Integration for Netsmart Homecare checks for a Workstation Client for Netsmart Homecare Integration license. If a Workstation Client for Netsmart Homecare Integration license is not available, the following warning is displayed and the synchronization is canceled:
If the user performing the synchronization has new data to be uploaded, his or her workstation is not registered, and no Workstation Client for Netsmart Homecare Integration licenses are available, the following prompt is displayed:
An entry is made in the OnBase security log when this occurs, and synchronization is allowed to continue. After synchronization is complete and new data has been uploaded, further synchronization cannot occur until a license is available.
