The Integration for Netsmart Homecare downloads copies of OnBase documents to your local workstation. You can then work with these documents in the Integration for Netsmart Homecare while disconnected from OnBase. When you finish working with these documents, you connect to OnBase and upload these documents. This ensures that the most current copy of the document is stored in OnBase.
Note:
During the synchronization process, the Integration for Netsmart Homecare ignores any commands that are sent from the Netsmart Homecare application.
Note:
Documents deleted in OnBase are not reimported if offline modified documents exist. The offline modified documents will also be deleted. This process occurs automatically upon synchronization.
