To manage documents that exist in the workstation's database with information that has not been synchronized with OnBase, click Offline Documents on the Home tab:

The Unsynchronized Documents pane is displayed:

The Unsynchronized Documents pane displays the following information about each document:

Column

Description

Icon

Displays the icon associated with the Document Type.

Name

Displays the document's name.

Type

Displays the document's Document Type.

Date

Displays the document's Document Date.

When you select a document, the Offline Documents pane displays a log of the changes that have been made to the document while offline:

For example, Document Created indicates that the document is new and does not exist in OnBase.
