When you are working in the Integration for Netsmart Homecare, the functionality that is available from the AllDocs tab is based on whether you are working in Host Mode or Field Mode.

Additionally, when working in Field Mode the Delete New Local Document button is available on the Document tab. This button is not available when working in Host Mode.
