Note:

A Concurrent Client license is consumed when switching from Field Mode to Host Mode. The Concurrent Client license remains in use as long as you are in Host Mode.

When the Netsmart Homecare application switches from Field Mode to Host Mode, the Integration for Netsmart Homecare:

  1. Uploads any newly created documents or items, such as notes, from your workstation's database to OnBase. See Updating New Items for more information.
    Note:

    If there are no newly created documents or items, synchronization is bypassed.

  2. Identifies any conflicts between documents or items, such as notes, on your workstation's database and documents stored in OnBase. See Conflict Resolution for more information.

No data is downloaded to your workstation's database.
