When you are working in the Integration for Netsmart Homecare, the functionality that is available is based on whether you are working in Host Mode or Field Mode.
When you are working in Host Mode, you have access to the Unity Client. For this reason, similar functionality is not discussed in this documentation. The Unity Client help file is available in the Unity Client.
When you are working in Field Mode, you have access to Keywords, Notes, and Send To functionality on the Document tab. The following is an example of how the Document tab displays when working in Field Mode:
