Additional functionality that varies depending on whether you are working in Host Mode or Field Mode:

Externally linked resources, such as CSS, scripts, or images, will not render in Field Mode. This could severely impact E-Forms.

Non-Keyword-based XML documents are rendered with the default style sheet at the time of synchronization. They cannot be updated in Field Mode.

XML documents with multiple style sheet definitions are rendered with the default style sheet at the time of synchronization. They cannot be changed in Field Mode.

Users cannot change style sheets while in Field Mode. This includes the ability to view a document without a style sheet applied.
