Users are prompted to preview new items before uploading in the following dialog box:
The Changed Items pane displays the following information about each item:

The Approximate Time it will take to upload the new data is also displayed. Estimated times are displayed based on your connection:

The Approximate Time does not account for the time it takes to download updated configuration data, or data from OnBase.
After reviewing all items, click Yes to upload all new items to the OnBase database. Click No to cancel upload of all new items.
When you upload new documents, the date and time stored is the time that synchronization with the OnBase database occurred, not the time the document was created in your workstation's database.
