To notify Nuance of new OnBase documents, use the MDM^T01 HL7 message template. For deleted documents, use the MDM^T11 message template.

The following segments must be configured to ensure Nuance can uniquely identify the document and associate it with the correct encounter:

• MSH - Message Header

• PID - Patient Identification

• PV1 - Patient Visit

• TXA - Transcription Document Header
