Click the Examine Fax XML tab to view the source XML data of a fax. Viewing fax XML data is useful when configuring rules.
In the Enter the fax handle to examine field, type the fax handle of the fax to examine, then click Examine Fax XML.
The fax handle is a unique identifier used by RightFax to identify a specific fax. Fax handles can be retrieved using the RightFax FaxUtil application available from RightFax. For details on using this application, see the documentation provided by RightFax.
Note:
Fax handles retrieved using the RightFax FaxUtil application must be converted from hexadecimal notation to base-10 decimal in order to use them with the Fax Connector Service.
