Fax properties can be mapped to Keyword Types in a Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group. However, multiple instances of a Keyword Type in a Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group cannot be added with the Fax Connector Service Configuration utility. If there are multiple instances of a Keyword Type in a Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group, the first instance is overwritten with the subsequent instance(s). Multiple instances of a Keyword Type that is not in a Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group can be created.
