All Document Types used for archiving faxes should have the Fax Unique ID Keyword Type assigned to them and this Keyword must be mapped to populate automatically from the fax handle property (the fax handle is a unique identifier used by the fax server to identify a specific fax). They should also be configured to use Image File Format as the Default File Format.
