You can search for, filter, and sort rules using the Find Rule function.
To find a rule:

From the Rule Options ribbon group, click Find Rule.

The Find Rule dialog is opened. Search for the desired rule(s).
Rules are displayed along with the associated Fax Archival Document Type, Fax XML Archival Document Type, Scan Queue, and information on if the rule is enabled or not.
