The Fax Status to Process area of the Rule pane allows you to configure the rule to apply only to faxes of a certain status.
fsDoneOK is automatically added to new rules.
To configure a rule to apply to faxes of a certain status:

Select one of the following statuses from the drop-down list:
Fax Status

(0)fsUnborn
The fax has not yet been created.
(1)fsNeedsFCS
The fax needs a cover sheet.
(2)fsNeedsConversion
The fax needs conversion to an image file.
(3)fsNeedsToBeSent
The fax needs to be sent.
(4)fsInInConversion
The fax is being converted to an image file.
(5)fsInSend
The fax needs to be sent.
(6)fsDoneOK
The fax has been successfully sent or received.
(7)fsManualFCS
The fax uses a manual fax cover sheet.
(8)fsInSchedule
The fax is scheduled to be sent.
(9)fsDoneError
The fax has been sent or received and errors were encountered. It will not be retried.
(10)fsDuplicate
The fax is a duplicate of another fax.
(11)fsError
The fax has been sent or received and errors were encountered. It will be retried.
(12)fsNeedsAttention
The fax has been sent or received and needs the user's attention.
(13)fsNeedsAttachment
The fax needs an attachment.
(14)fsHeldForPreview
The fax is held for preview.
(15)fsInOCR
The fax is in OCR conversion.
(16)fsInPrint
The fax is printing.
(17)fsQueuedForPrinting
The fax is queued for printing.
(18)fsQueuedForOCR
The fax is queued for OCR conversion.
(19)fsInValidation
The fax is being validated.
(20)fsInApproval
The fax is awaiting approval.

Click the Add Fax Status button:
- The status is added to the list of fax statuses to process.
- Repeat to add additional statuses to the rule.

To remove a fax status, select the status and click the Remove Fax Status button:

To remove all fax statuses, click the Remove All button:

Click Save Configuration on the Home ribbon to save the changes.
Note:
After clicking Save Configuration, the Fax Connector Service begins processing faxes with the new configuration settings. If the service is already processing, the changes take effect immediately. If the service is paused, the changes take effect when Begin Processing is clicked.
