The Fax Connector Service logs activity to the Rules Engine Real Time Status pane, which can be viewed from within the Fax Connector Service Configuration utility. To display the Rules Engine Real Time Status pane:
- Launch the Fax Connector Service Configuration utility.
- In the left pane, click the name of the machine hosting the Fax Connector Service you want to view activities for.
- The Rules Engine Real Time Status pane is located at the bottom of the Service Status information.
The Rules Engine Real Time Status pane displays the most recent 500 entries reported by the Fax Connector Service, ordered with the most recent activities first.
OnBase errors are logged in the Diagnostics Console. When troubleshooting configuration problems with the Fax Connector Service and OnBase, verify that OnBase is not the cause of the problem by checking the Diagnostics Console.
