The Integration for Open Text Fax Server, RightFax Edition(Integration for RightFax) module allows customers who have an enterprise fax system to automatically archive sent and received faxes into OnBase. This is accomplished by a Windows service that communicates with the fax server and OnBase(through the OnBase Application server), as shown in this diagram:
