Configure the ShareBase path where the document will be added:

  1. From the ShareBase Library drop-down list, select the library containing the folder where the document should be uploaded. Ensure that the library you select is shared with the ShareBase user dedicated for use with OnBase Workflow. If the list is out of date, click Refresh to refresh the drop-down list options.
    Note:

    Do not select My Library. This library and its folders cannot be shared with other users.

  2. Select one of the following options:
    • Specify Path- Select this option to specify the path to the ShareBase folder where documents should be uploaded. Click Browse and navigate to the folder. Select the folder and click OK.

      Note:

      The following characters are not allowed in the ShareBase folder name or path: *, ?, :, ", <, >, /.

      To validate the path to the selected folder, click Validate Path.

    • Get Path from Property- Select this option to specify the path to the ShareBase folder based on a configured property value. In the text field, enter the property that contains the name of the ShareBase folder where documents should be uploaded.
