Option: Folder Name - Interaction with ShareBase - Foundation 23.1 - Foundation 23.1 - Ready - OnBase - Essential - Premier - Standard - external - Essential - Standard - Premier

Provide the name of the folder to share. Select one of the following options:

• Specify Name- Select this option to manually specify the name of the ShareBase folder. Enter the name of the folder in the text box.

  If you select this option but do not provide a value, then the shared link uses the folder specified in the Folder Path Configuration.

  Note:

  The following characters are not allowed in the ShareBase folder name: *, ?, :, ", <, >, /.

• Get Name from Property- Select this option to specify the name of the ShareBase folder based on a configured property value. In the text field, enter the property that contains the name of the ShareBase folder.
