The following message is logged by the Diagnostics Service if a Workflow action is unable to add a document to ShareBase:
Hyland.Core.Workflow.Services.Exceptions.TaskListExecutionException: The task list failed to execute due to an action not being configured.
These messages are logged if a Workflow action attempts to add a document to a ShareBase folder that already contains a document with the same contents and file name.
Open the folder in ShareBase to verify the document has already been added. If the document is not in the expected folder, open OnBase Studio and verify the Workflow action is configured to use the correct folder.
