If two OnBase systems (such as a Test system and a Production system) have been interacting with the same ShareBase deployment, then some folders in ShareBase may be tagged as monitored even though the folders are not set up to be monitored in OnBase.
To resolve the issue in a Production environment, change the UnmonitorShareBaseFoldersNotMonitoredInOnBase value to true in the Hyland.ShareBaseMonitor.exe.config file. This configuration allows the ShareBase Monitor service to remove the monitored tag from ShareBase folders that are not set up to be monitored in OnBase.
This setting is intended to address an issue in Production environments only. Do not change the UnmonitorShareBaseFoldersNotMonitoredInOnBase value to true in Test or Demo environments.
