The Keyword Update import process settings are used to specify the files to be processed and configure any necessary pre- or post-processing options that can be applied to the data.
To process files in OnBase, all files must be accessible from the workstation.
To configure import process settings:

From the OnBase Configuration module, select Import, then select one of the following options:
Option
Description
Keyword Update - Doc Type
Configure a Keyword Update process to run on one or more selected Document Types.
Keyword Update - Global
Configure a Keyword Update process to run on your entire OnBase database.

The Keyword Update dialog box is displayed.

From the Processing Format list, select the format to be configured and click Settings. The Process Settings dialog box is displayed.
