When creating a Keyword Update - Doc Type process, you can configure an action for a Keyword Type that is applied to a specified Document Type. These actions include adding, deleting, replacing, and searching Keyword Values.

To create a Keyword Update - Doc Type process:

  1. From the OnBase Configuration module, select Import | Keyword Update - Doc Type. The Keyword Update - Doc Type Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  2. Enter a name for your process into the text field towards the bottom of the dialog box and click Create. Your process is listed in the Keyword Update - Doc Type Processing Format list.
  3. Click Settings to configure the import process settings. For more details on specific import process settings, see Configuring Import Process Settings.
  4. Click Document Types to assign Document Types to the process. For more details on specific Document Type options, see Document Types.
  5. Click Process Settings to configure the Keyword Update Processor configuration settings. For more details, see Process Settings.
  6. Click Field Order to configure the field order for your process. For more details, see Field Order.
  7. Click Close. Your process can now be run from the OnBase Client.
