When creating a Keyword Update - Global process, you can configure an action for a Keyword Type that is applied to an entire database. These actions include adding, deleting, replacing, and searching Keyword Values.
To create a Keyword Update - Global process:

From the OnBase Configuration module, select
Import | Keyword Update - Global.
The Keyword Update dialog box is displayed.
