This error is reported in the Diagnostics Console when attempting to log in through the OnBase Web Client. Make sure the virtual directory of the OnBase Web Server is configured to allow Anonymous authentication. Also ensure that the web.config file of the Web Server is configured correctly (see Configuring the Web Server for AD FS).
