Troubleshooting information for the clients that use the OnBase Application Server (such as the Unity Client, Microsoft Outlook integrations, and Report Services Client) can be written to the Application log in the Windows Event Viewer of the workstation running the client.
To enable logging to the Event Viewer you must edit the exe.config file of the client. Locate the adfs child element of the Hyland.Authentication element and set the value of the logClientEventsToEventLog attribute to true.
