OnBase user accounts can be created from their Active Directory records.

  1. Select a user or group in the Configured Active Directory Domains pane of the Active Directory - Enhanced dialog box.
  2. Right click the selected user or group and select the corresponding option:

    • Create Corresponding OnBase User for each AD User in this Group

    • Create Corresponding OnBase User

  3. You are prompted to confirm this action.

The value of the Active Directory sAMAccountName attribute is set as the user name for users created in OnBase in this way.
