OnBase User Groups can be created in OnBase using the Active Directory group you want to map it to. These groups can also be automatically mapped upon creation in OnBase.

  1. Select a group in the Configured Active Directory Domains pane of the Active Directory - Enhanced dialog box.
  2. Right click the selected group and select Create Corresponding OnBase Group. The Create OnBase Group dialog box is displayed.
  3. Enter the name for the new User Group in OnBase in the Group Name field. The Active Directory group name is entered by default.
  4. Select Immediately Map to Active Directory Group to automatically map the new OnBase User Group to the Active Directory group selected. If this option is not selected, the group will have to be mapped manually.
  5. Click OK.
