The OnBase Client, Unity Client, and Web Client can all be configured to enable non-interactive/automatic logins.
If Active Directory Enhanced or LDAP is enabled, users are automatically logged in to OnBase without having to provide credentials, unless Interactive User Authentication is also enabled.
If Internal security is used or Interactive User Authentication is enabled, users are prompted for their credentials when logging in to OnBase. If Active Directory Enhanced or LDAP is enabled, the user must provide their network credentials. If Internal security is enabled, users must provide their OnBase credentials.
Note:
Service Accounts in OnBase cannot log in using non-interactive/automatic logins.
