To enable the Unity Client for LDAP or Active Directory Enhanced authentication for a service location, you must set the AuthenticationType attribute in the service location node of the Unity Client configuration file to NTAuthentication:
AuthenticationType="NTAuthentication"
This attribute is automatically set to NTAuthentication if you installed the Unity Client with NT/LDAP Authentication enabled.
The Unity Client automatically logs in if there is only one service location configured. If there is more than one service location configured for the Unity Client, the user must select the service location to attempt an login for.
If this value is set to Standard, or if Core Services Interactive User Authentication option is selected in the OnBase Configuration module, the Unity Client uses standard OnBase authentication and the user is presented with a login dialog box. User accounts must be configured in OnBase for any users who have to log on in this way.
