If a user holds Manager or Administrative rights, they will be able to view errors and warnings that occur in the database. To access these messages:
- Open the OnBase Client.
- Navigate to Admin | Transaction Logs | View All Messages | Mailbox Importer Log.
- Click Yes when asked to run an unrestricted query.
- The Mailbox Importer transaction log is displayed. Error messages and warnings from the database can be viewed here.
