To revoke an Encryption Key from a registered workstation:

  1. In the Configuration module, navigate to Import | Mailbox Importer | Encryption Keys. The Encryption Keys dialog box is opened:
  2. A list of Registered Workstations is available. Click Refresh at any time to update the list of Registered Workstations.
  3. Select Reset application server cache on revoke if you would like, upon clicking Revoke, the application server cache to be reset:
  4. Select a Registered Workstation. Click Revoke when you are ready to revoke the Encryption Key:
  5. You are asked to confirm your choice.The Confirmation dialog states:
    This will invalidate all accounts associated with the revoked keys. Are you sure you would like to continue?
    Click Yes if you are sure would like to revoke the Encryption Key.
  6. The Workstation is removed from the Registered Workstation list and the Username and Password in the Mail Account settings dialog are cleared.
  7. When finished revoking Encryption Keys, click Close to close the Encryption Keys dialog.
