The ability to route charts through OnBase Workflow requires a Workflow license. Workflow Concurrent Client licenses are required for executing system tasks and accessing Workflow-based layouts in the Medical Records Unity Client.

The ability to route charts through OnBase Workflow does not require a medical records license. As long as OnBase is licensed for Workflow and the HL7 module, it can be configured to route charts through OnBase Workflow queues.
