From the OnBase Client, you can edit the header rows of transcription documents that do not have any image renditions.

You must keep the same number of lines that is configured for the header. You can only edit the current revision of a document.

The first line in the header is also centered and burned at the bottom of each page.

The Document Type must be configured to support revisions

If another user is in the process of editing the document then a message box is displayed stating that only one user can edit the document at one time.
Note:You must have Medical Record Administration privileges to edit transcription headers. Transcriptions require the Medical Records Transcription Interface license.

Select Medical | Edit Transcription Header. The Edit Transcription Header dialog box is displayed.
