You can manually generate letters for one or more specific physicians. Perform the following procedure using the OnBase Client with the -MRMSDELINQUENCYLETTERS switch applied.

Note:

Performing this procedure will not interfere with the scheduled automatic letter generation. Letters will still be automatically generated at the next scheduled time.

  1. Select Medical | Delinquency Letters | Create Delinquency Letters. The Print Physician Delinquency Letters dialog box is displayed.
  2. If you are printing letters for a physician who is currently on hold, select Include Physicians On Hold.

    Depending on your system's configuration, physicians who are on hold may be automatically filtered from the list. Selecting Include Physicians On Hold removes the filter so that the physicians show up in the list.

    Note:

    Depending on your system's settings, you may also be able to print letters for secondary signers. See Letters for Secondary Signers.

  3. Select the physician whose letters you want to print. Only physicians with outstanding deficiencies are available.
  4. Click Print Selected.
  5. Repeat for all necessary physicians and click Close when finished.
