For letters to be generated from the OnBase Client, the following requirements must be met:

The delinquency letters server must be running on the current Client. This server is activated by the -MRMSDELINQUENCYLETTERS command line switch.

The delinquency letters server must be able to access the delinquency letter templates.

Delinquency letter settings must be configured in OnBase Configuration.
