When Minutes is opened, a list of meetings that have been configured in Agenda is displayed. Use the scroll bar to scroll up or down the meeting list to locate the meeting you want, and then click once with your mouse to select the meeting.

Note:

Only meetings configured for the current month are displayed in the meeting list. If no meetings display, then no meetings exist, or you do not have rights to see the meeting for the dates selected. You would need to select a different date on the calendar.
