The Speaker section provides the ability to add public and member speakers to sections and items either prior to a meeting or during a meeting. You can also indicate whether the speaker is for or against an item, edit the speaker information, and add notes on the speaker. When a speaker is speaking, the speaker timer can be displayed in Minutes and in the Voting Client and Voting Display if Voting is installed. See Speaker Management for more information.
