AES 256 Encrypted Disk Groups configured in OnBase 15 should not be used in an IPUP environment with OnBase 14.

If an OnBase 14 Client writes data to an AES 256 Encrypted Disk Group that was configured in OnBase 15, the data is stored to the Disk Group without encryption. When an OnBase 15 Client opens one of the files archived by OnBase 14 in a new AES 256 Encrypted Disk Group, the page data will be unreadable because OnBase will attempt to decrypt the non-encrypted page before opening it in an OnBase Client.

Use of this module requires additional planning and user access consideration. Encryption should not be enabled until the Incremental Parallel Upgrade Process is complete and Minimum Version Compatibility has been set.
