When the handle control is tabbed on (denoted with three vertical dots), selects the corresponding row. When tabbed to a clickable selection in a row, evokes left click function. |

When focus in the list of attachments, moves up or down the list of attachments. When the attachment type drop-down is the focus, expands the drop-down menu. |

Left/Right Arrows |
When focus is in the list of attachments, moves across the attachment row. |
