To unlock a user account, perform the following steps:

  1. In the User Admin module, tap the Locked Users tab.
    The list of currently locked users is displayed.
  2. Tap the user name of the user you want to unlock.

    The user configuration screen is displayed.

  3. Set the Account Lock option to OFF. OnBase unlocks the selected user account.
