OnBase Mobile Access for Android allows you to create and store new Unity Forms in OnBase. To create a new Unity Form:

  1. From the launcher screen, tap New Form.
    The New Form screen is displayed.
  2. Tap to select a Unity Form from the list of available forms.
    The selected Unity Form is displayed.
  3. Enter the appropriate information and submit the Unity Form.
  4. After submitting the form, you may be prompted to create a new form. Tap Yes to create a new form of the same type. Tap No to return to the New Form screen.

The following sections explain the various features and actions that may be available to you when completing a Unity form.

Note:

In the following sections regarding Unity Forms, the click action is assumed to be synonymous with the tap action on your mobile device.

Note:

When creating Unity Forms in Mobile Access for Android, the camera cannot be used for reading bar codes or for the attachment control when using a device on a version of Android OS prior to 4.0.

Note:

When creating Unity Forms in Mobile Access for Android on a device using Android 4.4 or higher, you are unable to use the bar code reader and attachment controls.
