After tapping the Choose Existing option, a list of your device's Photos is displayed. You can associate an image with an available document type, enter keyword values, and upload it to OnBase.

Note:

The exact instructions for the process of selecting an image may vary slightly depending on your Android device.

To upload an image:

  1. In your device's list of Photos, tap the image you want to upload. The Document Types screen is displayed.

    The Document Types screen lists the Document Type Groups available for you to upload to.

  2. Tap a Document Type Group to display a list of Document Types.
  3. Tap a Document Type to upload the image to.
  4. Tap a keyword field to enter a value for the selected keyword.

    Invalid or required keywords are indicated by an exclamation point. The keyword value must be corrected before you can continue uploading an image.

    • Tap the Document button to display a preview of the image before it is uploaded.

    • Tap the Keywords button to return to the keyword fields.

  5. When you are finished entering all necessary keywords, tap the Upload button to upload the image to OnBase.

    When the image is finished uploading, a confirmation message is displayed. Tap OK to return to the launcher screen. Uploads can also be monitored by opening the Android notification menu and viewing the status of the upload.
