Custom Queries that are configured as Workflow filters can be used to filter list of documents in a Workflow queue. The Display Columns that are configured can be used to sort the list of documents in a Workflow queue.
These Custom Queries do not need to be configured with the Mobile Device Accessible check box.
Note:
When using an HTML form for the default filter, retrieval keywords must be configured.
