After documents have been saved for offline use, they will be displayed on the Available Offline Documents screen.

Note:

Offline Documents can be accessed offline and online.

To access Available Offline Documents while disconnected from the Mobile Applications Broker:

  1. Log on to OnBase.

    The launcher screen displays after successfully logging on.

    Note:

    When logged on in Offline mode, the following message will display on the launcher screen: "Currently Offline. Unable to contact mobile broker server to login."

  2. On the launcher screen, tap the Offline button:

    The Available Offline Documents screen is displayed:
