In the event any offline documents become corrupted or unusable, the Offline Environment can be reset to remove all offline documents and restore the environment to the default state.

To reset the Offline Environment:

  1. From the Available Offline Documents screen, tap the Settings icon:

    The Settings & Tools screen is displayed:

  2. In the Reset Offline Environment section, tap the Reset button:

    A dialog box will display, confirming that you want to reset the Offline Environment.

  3. Tap Yes to continue resetting the Offline Environment.
    The Offline Environment is restored to its default state. Tap Done to return to the Available Offline Documents screen.
