Documents viewed through a Custom Query or Workflow queue can be downloaded to the device for offline use. Offline Documents are accessed by tapping the Offline button when the user is logged in but not connected to the Mobile Applications Broker. Documents can be downloaded from a Custom Query Results List, from a Workflow queue, or from the Document Viewer. A document's Keywords, Notes, and Related Documents are saved when the document is downloaded.

Related documents are only saved when downloading a document from Workflow.
