To download a document from the Document Viewer:

  1. Tap the Offline Actions button:

    The Offline Actions window is displayed:

  2. Tap Save Document For Offline Access. The document is downloaded to the device.
    Downloaded documents can be accessed on the Available Offline Documents screen by tapping the Offline button on the launcher screen.
