In order to use the functionality that OnBase Mobile Access for iPhone provides, your OnBase database must be licensed for OnBase Mobile Access for iPhone and Workflow. When a Workflow license is consumed, it is consumed for the duration of your OnBase Mobile Access for iPhone session.
Additionally, each user logging on to OnBase Mobile Access for iPhone must have a Concurrent Client or Named User Client license, and must be assigned Workflow rights from within the Configuration module.
Unity Forms licensing is required for Unity Forms functionality.
To check your current licensing status, open the Configuration module and select Utils | Product Licenses.
