To lock a user account, perform the following steps:

  1. In the User Admin module, tap the Unlocked Users tab.
    The list of currently unlocked users is displayed.
  2. Tap the user name of the user you want to lock.

    The user configuration screen is displayed.

  3. Enable the Lock Account option. OnBase locks the selected user account.
