Depending on your configuration, you may be able to send a document as an email attachment from Custom Queries or Workflow. To send a document as an email attachment:

  1. On the Document screen, tap the share button:

    A New Message screen is displayed, containing the document as an attachment.

  2. Fill out the message information and tap Send.
    Note:

    In order to send an attachment via email, an email account must be set up within the iPhone's email settings.

    Note:

    Some attachments may be converted into PDF format if they cannot be sent in their native format (e.g., multi-page TIFF files).
